Berry Smoothie
This makes 2 8oz berry smoothies.
Ingredients
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1 cup frozen berries (Usually I use a 3 berry blend)
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 scoops protein powder (Usually I use Vanilla BodyFortress or Chocolate Gold Standard. I pick protein powders with little sugar)
Directions
- Put all ingredients in the blender (milk and yogurt first) and blend.
